Congratulations to all of the doctors and families who will be completing their residency at UTMB this year. We will all miss you very much, but wish nothing but the best for you and all that you have ahead of you!

Welcome to the world, Elizabeth Ann Sanborn! Born April 3rd to loving parents Hilary and Nick Sanborn, and proud big brothers, Matthew and David. 

 

And welcome to,  precious Charlotte Mae Foon! Born to proud parents Emily and Jeremy Foon on April 23rd.

We are so happy for both of your families! Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful baby girls!

Strawberry Picking at Froberg Farms

A big thank you to our Resitern's Mom's Group for putting together such a fun family event at Froberg Farms! Everyone had a wonderful time and went home with plenty of delicious strawberries!

2014 UTMB Resiterns Officers

Today, the outgoing and new UTMB Resiterns officers met to handover positions and start planning what is sure to be an amazing year! This years group of officers is very excited to continue the great work that the officers did last year, as well as, look for more ways to expand our Resiterns group and activities. The new officers are meeting again to finalize dates for our upcoming events soon, so be on the lookout for Evites!

Message from the President...Happy New Year!

Happy New Year to everyone! I hope each of you had a wonderful holiday season and your 2014 is off to a great start! I am honored to serve as this year’s Resiterns President and hope to continue the awesome work KC Lawler and the 2013 officers did. This year’s officers are another great group; I am very excited to work alongside of them throughout this year.

As this year begins, the outgoing and current officers will be meeting this week to handover positions and start planning for the 2014 year. Be on the lookout for Evites as we schedule mother’s group and social events for February. We will also be setting the date for Bon Voyage as son as possible since we have such a large number of families leaving us this summer. Personally I am not looking forward to saying “Bon Voyage” to any of them!

Please let me know if you have any questions throughout the year. We will be scheduling a meeting/Bunco night soon to inform everyone of this year’s events. We will also be looking for ideas and thoughts from all the members to make this 2014 a great year for everyone!
