Bon Voyage

We had a bitter sweet celebration in June to say farewell to our graduating Residents.  It was a wonderful evening of fun and laughter, but we are sad to see our friends go.  However, we know they are moving on to bigger and better things and we wish them well in their new adventures. 

Here is the group that made it a special night.

Texas Hold 'em 2012

Resiterns hosted our annual Texas Hold 'em night at Shrimp n Stuff restaurant at the end of March, and a fun time was had by all! This is always a favorite event, and this year proved no different. There was lots of yummy food, lots of talking, lots of laughing and lots of poker! A big thanks goes to Ericca for planning such a fun event! We can't wait till next year!

Painted Potter

The Resiterns' women had a FANTASTIC night at Painted Potter! It is always fun to take some time out of the week and to see how creative everyone can be while we all sit around, paint and laugh with each other. We owe a huge thanks to Ericca Lee for planning such a fun event and for bringing yummy snacks and wine. It was perfect, and we were SO excited to welcome some new faces! 

While we didn't actually get any pictures of our painted pottery, we got plenty of pictures of our sweet Resiterns friends! 

We are sad to say goodbye to Brie this year, but we are SO glad that you could come paint with us one last time. We are going to miss you!

Bon Voyage

Saturday night we said farewell to three wonderful Resiterns couples at Olympia Grill on Pier 21. It was a fun night, but bittersweet knowing we are saying goodbye to our friends. We will miss you and wish you the best on your next adventure.

Texas Hold 'em 2011

Tonight, Resiterns hosted our annual Texas Hold 'em at Shrimp n' Stuff Restaurant! We had a GREAT time playing a little poker, eating a lot of yummy food and talking and laughing a whole lot! This is always such a fun event, and I'm already looking forward to next year's poker night. Ladies, we have a whole year to hone our Texas Hold 'em skills. Maybe next year, one of us girls will actually win! : )

March Madness At Buffalo Wild Wings

With the Resiterns ladies having Pedicures this month, it is only fitting our guys have a day to themselves.  Enjoy some basketball, wings, and drinks without any interruptions.  You either need a break from studying for Inservice Exams or they are recently over and you just need to relax. This is the Saturday right after Match Day, so if you want to bring any newly matched residents please invite them.  Have fun watching the games!

Mardi Gras Parade and Ice Cream!

Bring the family and come join us this coming Saturday, Feb. 26th at 11:45 a.m. to catch some BEADS!  We will be meeting at The Spot at 3204 Seawall to watch the parade and then enjoy some ice cream afterwards. Be there, or be beadless.

Pamper yourself with a Pedicure

We all have lots to do and find ourselves running all over town.   Let's give our feet a rest and some much needed pampering.   On Saturday March 5th we are headed to the Nail Salon for a pedicure!  Check your email for the Evite with all of the details.  Be sure to RSVP as soon as possible so we can ensure we have enough appointments booked.  With Spring just around the corner, it will be the perfect time to pick out some fun colors and pull out the sandals.  See you soon!

Italian Cooking Night!!!

Our Resiterns meeting went on a culinary adventure to Italy this month thanks to Laura! And oh my goodness, what a fabulous, tasty adventure that was...gnocchi al ragu', the most amazing eggplant parmigiana I have ever tasted and tiramisu! I'm so glad I barely ate all day to save room for this night. : ) Even if you couldn't come enjoy the food and friends with us, I hope you enjoy pictures of the fun!

Sweet Heart Dinner... 2011

Happy Hearts day- resiterns style!
Tonight- we hosted the resitern's "Sweet Heart Dinner" in our home!  I decided  this should be here for several reasons:
#1- Brie Burns has hosted it in years past in this very home- and it is spacious enough to accomodate quite a few!
#2- I LOVE VALENTINE's DAY! :)
